Exhibitor Applications will be available on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and will end at 5pm on Monday, November 23, 2026. Booths will be available until all spaces have been reserved; we have increased interest in exhibiting and believe we will sell-out prior to the end of the regular application period. Act quickly to reserve your space! Any applications received after the application closes will be placed on a waitlist to determine availability.
Applications will be reviewed for compliance with Festival expectations. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We have heard from festival and event colleagues nationwide that there has been a surge in attempts to lure participants interested in attending their festivals into fraudulent transactions. Please use an abundance of caution when scheduling your appearance at Tucson Festival of Books or other similar events.
NOTE: Please read the email you receive in response to your application carefully for additional information about making any required payments to us.

The Tucson Festival of Books will never ask for your Google credentials to accept an invitation from us.
