Science City Open House/Tour Participant Application
Deadline to Apply: Friday, November 8, 2024 at 5pm
Participation Requirements:
Required to participate during festival hours Saturday March 15 & Sunday March 16; 9:30am-5:30pm
Participant must provide information for tour tickets at time of the application. Tickets will be available via the TFOB website, all tickets must for offered free of charge as the festival is a free event
Provide a professional presentation of your open house/tour
Hang signage identifying your location (banner, poster, etc.).
Staff / volunteer(s) must wear shirt, vest or name tag that identifies your organization during event.
Facilities Management Requirements:
Open House / Tour Participants are required to contact Facilities Management (FM) (Luis Rocha 520-621-1599) upon application submission to obtain a quote for required services and to submit a KFS#. FM services are required and vary based on your usage and A/V needs. All costs associated with FM services are the responsibility of the department/unit. Applications will not be reviewed and approved until after the submission deadline of Friday, November 8, 2024 and contact with FM is confirmed.
