Indie authors on presenting panels

The Festival’s Reimagined Indie Author Experience is pleased to announce the Indie Authors invited to be part of a presenting author panel or presentation at this year’s festival.

Children's authors

Molly Carter, reads her book “Not Sheep!,” Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in the Story Blanket Tent, in the Children’s Area.

April Lesher, reads her book “How Many Javalinas?,” Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Story Blanket Tent, in the Children’s Area.

Children and YA authors

Rick Ench, CJ Hosack and April Lesher, Alternative Routes to Publication, Sunday, 4 p.m., Education/349.

Adult fiction and nonfiction authors

Susan Kiyo Ito, Separated at Birth: Adoptee Voices, Saturday, 2:30 p.m., Koffler/216.

Douglas Leen, Stories of Our Unforgettable Places, Sunday, 10 a.m., National Parks Experience Stage.

Elhadj Ndoye, Writing Roots in Tucson, Sunday, 1 p.m., Student Union/Sabino.

James Overmyer, Murder in the Family, Sunday, 10 a.m., Integrated Learning Center/130.

Christopher Jansmann, GK Jurrens, Nancy Nau Sullivan, Meet Your Next Favorite Author, Saturday, 1 p.m., Student Union/Tucson.

Each of these authors will participate on a presenting panel as well as a three-hour time slot in an Indie Author Pavilion. During the meet and greet time they will sign and sell their books.

Indie Authors represent a variety of genres and formats, including self-published, e-books, print-on-demand and other forms of non-traditional publishing.
