Nell Greenfieldboyce


Nell Greenfieldboyce is a correspondent at NPR, where her reporting focuses on general science, ranging from astronomy to geology to biology. She often covers the intersection between science, technology and society. For more than 20 years, her news reports and features have been heard on national programs such as Morning Edition and All Things Considered, as well as on the podcast Short Wave.

Prior to NPR, Greenfieldboyce spent a decade working in print journalism. Her book "Transient and Strange" was published in January 2024.
