Food Vending Application

Step 1 - Please read all instructions carefully. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

The Food Vendor Handbook may be accessed via this link. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures associated with becoming a vendor at the Festival. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications are due no later than Friday, October 21, 2022 at 5pm. Applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list and reviewed only if a space becomes available. You are responsible for making sure your application was received. We will confirm via email. You will be notified of your application status via email by Friday, October 28, 2022.

Those vendors invited to participate will be required to submit payment-in-full for booth space by no later than 5pm on Friday, December 16, 2022. Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture of your booth space.

Vendors must also provide a Certificate of Insurance and submit insurance form

Vending spaces will be assigned by the Food & Beverage Committee based on: 1) the date the application is submitted; 2) prior participation in the Festival; 3) menu items; 4) level of professionalism as exhibited by your booth set-up; and 5) signage and equipment shown in your booth photo. Booth placement information will be provided in January.

Please note there is limited availability for booths needing to use propane/open flame. Basic 110v electricity is provided. No generators are allowed.
