Welcome to the 2025 Tucson Festival of Books event schedule! We are excited about this year's presenting authors and have placed the schedule into a compact, color-coded grid to organize your visit to the Festival.
Click the title of an event to obtain detailed information about that event including a short description, the moderator and details on each panelist. The schedule is subject to change and will be updated as new information is made available. Remember that a printed version of this information will be available in the Arizona Daily Star on Sunday, March 9, the weekend before the festival.
Events offering Fast Passes are identified with a small ticket icon in the upper right corner. Friends of the Festival, depending on giving level, will have access to create up to 8 Fast Passes for events as of noon on March 5, 2025. Everyone else will have access to request Fast Passes as of noon on March 10, 2025. Fast Pass reservations end on Friday, March 14 at noon.
What is a Fast Pass?
For the venues where many of our most popular presentations will take place, we allow a portion of our capacity for festival goers who reserve a place in the Fast Pass line. The Fast Pass holders in line at least 20 minutes before the event starts will be allowed to enter the venue before the General Admission line may enter.
As General Admission is first-come, first-seated and seating is limited, it is possible we will not be able to accommodate everyone who joins that line on the day of the Festival. A Fast Pass can give you more certainty of being able to attend the presentations you are most excited about and help you plan the best day for yourself.
Fast Passes will be available on our website starting at noon on March 5 for Friends of the Festival and on March 10 for everyone. Fast Passes are limited and will go quickly for some presentations.
