Karen S. Chow


Karen S. Chow is a Taiwanese-American author, who started writing novels as a college sophomore. Now, she is an engineer by day and middle-grade novelist by night. Her debut novel is "Miracle," a CCBC Best Book of 2024 and an SCBWI Out of the Margins Award winner. In her free time, she serves as the Assistant Regional Advisor for SCBWI AZ, hikes everywhere, and keeps three kids thriving.

Middle Grade Carousel: Invitations to Adventure
Meet a bunch of authors in 60 minutes as they share their new books filled with invitations to adventure. Each author will be seated at a table to talk with a small group about their newest book. Every eight minutes the authors will rotate to a new table in our version of author speed-dating.
