Born and raised in Southern California, and a former resident of Tucson for nearly a decade, W. Arthur Toogood now resides in New Mexico where he enjoys casual strolls along the Rio Grande Bosque trails, the occasional morning plate of huevos rancheros, the enchanting Southwestern sunsets, and contemplating the mysteries of life under a dazzling starlit night sky.  His latest of eight self-published novels is, "The Duke of Delusion," available on Amazon in Kindle or paperback.
